Since there is a known problem that popfile doesn't work with DBD::SQLite 1.x at this time, you'll be in trouble after upgrading databases/p5-DBD-SQLite to the latest one. A workaround is commited to 0.22.0_1 which uses databases/p5-DBD-SQLite2 by default. However, if already installed popfile, please check ${HOME}/.popfile/popfile.cfg, and change the line "bayes_dbconnect dbi:SQLite:dbname=$dbname" to "bayes_dbconnect dbi:SQLite2:dbname=$dbname" then restart popfile.
今回、popfileがDBD::SQLite 1.xで動かない既知の問題により、最新のものへdatabases/p5-DBD-SQLiteをアップグレードすると困るでしょう。代替手段として、デフォルトとしてdatabases/p5-DBD-SQLite2を使用する0.22.0_1をコミットしました。しかしながら、既にpopfileをインストールしている場合、${HOME}/.popfile/popfile.cfgをチェックして、「bayes_dbconnect dbi:SQLite:dbname=$dbname」行を「bayes_dbconnect dbi:SQLite2:dbname=$dbname」へ変更したあと、popfileをリスタートしてください。
