As of this update, the configuration files are generated by the application, with no support for configuration files used in previous versions.

All data saved in the database, LDAP or MCAL backends will be preserved, considering that you run specific scripts to migrate to this new scheme. Affected ports are www/horde, mail/turba, deskutils/nag, deskutils/kronolith, and deskutils/mnemo. See the UPGRADING documentation of the ports in question for more details.

The filter system of IMP 3.x has been replaced by a separate application: check the port mail/ingo. Ingo provides a script to migrate the existing filter rules from IMP 3.x, see Ingo's documentation.
