Remove gbde_swap_enable option which doesn't work and doesn't really have to work, as one still needs to put .bde into /etc/fstab.
まだ/etc/fstabの中へ.bdeを置く必要があるので、働かず、実際に働く必要のないgbde_swap_enableオプションを削除しました。
