Enable the lowest Cx state by default. This will save power and we have had enough testing of acpi_cpu to know this is stable now.
最低Cxステートをデフォルトで有効にしました。これは電力消費を抑え、acpi_cpuのテストは十分になされ今では安定していると考えます。
