ProFTPd binary moved from ${PREFIX}/libexec to ${PREFIX}/sbin. People using proftpd with inetd must use ${PREFIX}/sbin/in.proftpd (or ${PREFIX}/sbin/proftpd which is just the same). Read the commit log and diffs for more information.
